Sally Davis has been a consultant to the healthcare industry since 1999. She has conducted market research studies in new product development, product positioning, market segmentation, pricing, and forecasting using a diverse array of in-depth qualitative and quantitative multivariate techniques. Dr. Davis has conducted extensive research with physicians, nurses, managed care decision makers (medical and pharmacy directors), and medical consumers.
Her pharmaceutical experience spans a wide range of therapeutic areas, among them CV (dyslipidemia, anticoagulation and direct thrombin inhibitors), oncology, vaccines (adult and pediatric), diabetes, chronic kidney disease, osteoporosis, pain, ED, ophthalmology (glaucoma, allergic conjunctivitis), psychiatry (atypical anti-psychotics, depression, anxiety, ADHD), virology (HBV, HCV), MS, and migraine as well as customer satisfaction and medical device research.
Dr. Davis earned her Ph.D. in psychology at the University of Pennsylvania where she also completed her undergraduate degree, graduating summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa. She has taught statistics, research methods, and cognitive psychology at Bryn Mawr College and Lehigh University.
