Charlotte has been immersed in international pharmaceutical market research since 2002, joining Double Helix as a researcher in 2004. Charlotte has extensive global market research experience spanning the entire product development process, from the earliest phases into commercialisation. Charlotte has a very high level of expertise in both creative qualitative and advanced quantitative approaches, with a particular interest in strategically focussed market understanding and positioning and communication studies.
Charlotte's pharmaceutical experience spans a very wide range of therapeutic areas, with Oncology being a key area of in-depth expertise. Charlotte is a member of the senior management team for Global Research, and is responsible for client interface and management of project teams within Double Helix's London Headquarters.
Charlotte graduated from Leeds University with a First class BA (Hons) degree in French and Management Studies, subsequent to which she gained client side experience in market research at L'Oreal.
