Barry has worked in international pharmaceutical market research since 2000, joining Double Helix as a researcher in the London office in 2004. Prior to joining Double Helix, Barry started his career in market research at NOP Healthcare after graduating with a BSc (Hons) degree in Psychology. As part of his psychology degree, Barry spent a year working at the Great Ormond Street Hospital mental health unit. During the years in which he has been involved in all aspects of Pharmaceutical market research, Barry has developed a very significant level of expertise both in qualitative and quantitative research approaches. Barry has a particular interest in the development and application of highly innovative creative research methodologies, and has utilised this expertise to enable the highest levels of client satisfaction.
Barry's extensive healthcare research experience encompasses the entire product development process, from early phase scenario planning through to product lifecycle management and global communications research. Barry's therapy area experience spans a wide range of medical fields, with oncology and the neurosciences being key areas of knowledge, research expertise and understanding.
Barry is a member of the senior management team for Global Research within Double Helix's London Headquarters, and is responsible for client interface and management of project teams.
