Rob brings over 20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience to the Consulting division. He has led on key Market Access initiatives within cardiovascular disease, diabetes, asthma, pain management, oncology and HIV. Most recently he led on Market Access, for the joint venture, between Merck and Schering Plough working on the mega brand Zetia (Ezetimibe) and also for Merck on its new DPP4-Inhibitor, Januvia (Sitagliptin).
Rob has also developed global payer strategies and helped local operating companies to develop country specific value propositions. Within the UK he has specialised on payer engagement at national, regional and local levels and has developed market access initiatives for many brands. Rob conducts a great deal of training for Key Account Management teams on addressing payers and issues within markets often brought about by restrictive formularies and guidelines.
Within DHC he has worked on key projects for global pharmaceutical companies in market access, P&R and within global Health Technology Assessment bodies.
