Mike has more than 30 years' pharmaceutical industry experience with both global R & D Companies, such as Merck, and international pharmaceutical consulting agencies.

His payer intelligence network covers the G8 industrialized markets. His work includes offering services related to overcoming market access barriers to entry, production of value dossiers, strategy development, and production of the full range of market access tools including business case templates and formulary packs. He has worked with leading blue-chip pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies, covering payer research and market access development strategies, including Risk Share Agreements and Outcomes Guarantee.

He is experienced in brand lifecycle management and has appreciation of client strategic decision making. He has specialist knowledge in Pain, CHD, Musculoskeletal disorders, Mental Health and Cancer. He has published market access papers, both independently and in collaboration with blue chip pharmaceutical companies and academic groups.  Mike has a BSc in Biology and is an active member of ISPOR’s Workshop Review Committee.
