Ben Shankland leads BRIC Lab, Double Helix Consulting's centre of excellence for emerging markets research. Ben previously led healthcare research teams at two London-based consultancies, IHS Global Insight and Business Monitor International.

He has consulted widely on market access issues in Asia Pacific, Emerging Europe and Latin America, and has published several studies on challenges facing the pharmaceutical industry in developing economies.

Ben holds a Master's Degree from Oxford University, UK.
